Teriyaki Chicken


Teriyaki chicken – the most popular Japanese chicken dish. Delicious and easy to make.



This is one of the easiest recipe, you can prepare at home very quickly.
Here comes the recipe -

Teriyaki Chicken Wings

STEP 1

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Wings

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
8 chicken wings or drumettes
2 cups refined oil, for frying

Preparation:
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture, coating them evenly. Shake off any excess flour and place the wings on a plate. 
In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat until hot. Carefully lower the chicken wings into the hot oil and fry for about 4 minutes, flipping once. Remove the wings from the oil with tongs or a slotted spoon and place wings on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

STEP 2 - 

Ingredients:
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar (I took 2tbsp)
3 tablespoons honey ( I took 1tbsp)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
8 Crispy Chicken Wings (see recipe above)

Note : this dish is bit sweet ,so while taking the ingredients in step 2 adjust the quantity accordingly.

Preparation:
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and sesame seeds and bring to a simmer, stirring. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat them evenly in the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, then serve the teriyaki chicken over a bowl of steaming rice and you’ll have the most scrumptious homemade teriyaki chicken ever.
